In the comic setup, two male co-workers go to a bar. The shy guy's strangely attracted to the hostess. She invites him to try something different. His confident co-worker urges him on. She takes him to the back, transforming him into a woman with hair, makeup and dress. When his buddy sees him, he's amazed at how hot he/she looks. So, they go to his apartment for hot sex.
